- You must unbox and inspect your item immediately upon arrival.

- You must email service@luxuryforless.ca photos/videos of the damaged item along with the exterior shipping box showing the carrier label.
- You must retain all packaging until your claim is fully resolved. Carriers require a physical inspection of all packaging to validate the claim.

- Return requests must be made to service@luxuryforless.ca within 7 days of purchase
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping
- Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Orders that qualify for FREE local delivery within Calgary will arrive within 7 business days.
Orders outside of our local delivery area will be packaged and sent within 3 business days and generally arrive within 5-7 business days of mailing.
